Support hours

Messages are reviewed during normal U.S. Pacific business hours. The current response target is within two business days.

Payment questions

Include the purchaser name, business name, payment date, and checkout email. Never send full card numbers, passwords, API keys, or authentication codes.

Service delivery

Brain Mapping scheduling follows verified payment. Founding Pilot activation is subject to qualification, capacity, and separate written confirmation. The monthly subscription is activated only after that confirmation.

Important boundary

MeetFLO founding purchases are professional services, not investments, securities, token purchases, equity, profit-sharing arrangements, or promises of financial return.
