MeetFLO Privacy Notice

Launch notice: This practical notice is for the founder-led pilot stage and should be reviewed as MeetFLO adds integrations or regulated uses.

1. Who operates MeetFLO

MeetFLO is a service operated by Synergy Commercial Consultants LLC. Questions may be sent to hello@meetflo.io.

2. Information we collect

Name, email, phone number, business name, and information submitted during intake or support.
Transaction records supplied by Stripe. MeetFLO does not receive or store your full card number.
Call, message, transcript, and workflow information when you knowingly use those features and required consent has been obtained.
Basic security and technical records created by hosting and service providers.

3. How we use information

We use information to deliver purchased services, schedule work, support customers, configure founder-supervised pilots, protect the system, measure performance and cost, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

4. Service providers and AI

MeetFLO may use telephony, hosting, communications, analytics, artificial-intelligence, and payment providers. Stripe handles card checkout. Founding pilots remain human-supervised.

5. Sensitive information

Do not submit medical, legal, financial-account, authentication-secret, safety-critical, or other highly sensitive information unless MeetFLO has expressly approved the use in writing.

6. Sharing, retention, and choices

We do not sell personal information. We retain information as reasonably needed for service, security, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion, or an end to non-transactional communications by emailing hello@meetflo.io, subject to applicable retention duties.
